Through embodied, existential practice, you can connect the dots back to the parts of you that long to be made whole again

How many times have you gone over and over things, tried different diets, started different gym memberships all with the very best intentions but yet, they don’t last long and you fail to commit? But what if, instead of committing yourself in unrealistic ways, you could find something simple that speaks to you and allows you to integrate small steps that can change your lifestyle and make all the difference without having to go anywhere or give yourself away to anything external. This is ALL ABOUT YOU and all you have to do is pay attention to how you feel, what your body is telling you and TRUST yourself. By tapping in to YOU you can hear all the words of wisdom and push yourself forwards in ways you never thought possible.
This LIFE LAB is me giving you the access to that part of yourself through various lifestyle hacks, tips and tricks, embodiment methods that you can adopt and implement in to your life that can become the tools you need to be able to take in to your inner kingdom each and every time you need solace away from the crazy world outside of you. They might be external ‘practices’ such as cooking, certain products, certain exercise techniques and methods that you could say are outside of your inner world but they take you within yourself in a way that keeps you safe from harm and once you know that, you will never not trust yourself ever again.
This covers all areas and hold you accountable for the way you structure your life so that you can see where changes need to be made and can start to put strategies in place to make it happen. Visualisation is a powerful tool to help regulate yourself and find a neutral balance within your system so it is important to spend time going through these assignments with time to focus on these key requirements in order for you to achieve the results. There will be a lot for you to cover (and uncover) and each stage will be a step by step phase for you to dig deep and reflect on the things that perhaps cause emotional blockages, stress, chaos, cluster and require reform and cleansing in order for you to rise up a stronger person with a shining self-worth and belief in who you are!
