THE VENUS CYCLES

I have discovered a secret and I’m here to share it. The discovery of Venus and all her magic. Are you ready?

You might say that Venus has already been ‘discovered’ but, I think she has a secret! Here, on our little Island of Cyprus, where Aphrodite / Venus was 1st born, the Myths and Legends speak about her birth place and how she landed on these shores, only I don’t think it’s as we’re told and I wonder if you can decode this with me? Journey along as we celebrate the Venus transits and her cycles and magic via our supperclubs, retreats, storytimes and elemental magic via our products and produce!

Here at Venus Cycles, we look to gather the FEMME energies through our supperclubs, coffee mornings and meet ups that we schedule at symbolic times throughout the year, such as valentines day, equinox, any Venus aspect days and big cosmic days where we discuss the cyclical energies, generational impacts throughout our ancestral linneages, female focused topics, food, nature, herbal healing and of course the samples and delights of all our Venus inspired ‘Halo’ balms and butters made right here on Venus island using all things our patron Goddess was known for to exhibit her beauty, grace and wisdom! This site hosts a lot of writing and poetry that is based on classic theology and mythology so a lot of the works that can be found here either written by myself or others will be infused throughout all our Venus Cycle meetups to either flavour the feels of each meeting or the foods that we will enjoy together while we bring the goddess back to life!

The main topics we will be covering this 2023 are:

  • Slowing down and going within – Allowing yourself the grace to step out of the race and reconnect with yourself
  • A look at life after 40 – Whether you are a mother or not, your body is changing and while the online world is full of young, impressionable millennials leading the way in health and healing management, something from someone of our + age range seems to be just that little bit more relatable and easier to digest (No offence millenials – You’re awesome). So, let’s get stuck in. What’s best for 40+ and how to action it in to your daily life
  • Cyclical living – Whether you’re 40+ as above, 30, 20 or a teenager, we’re here helping women of all ages track their cycles and live their lives according to a natural, cyclical living. This starts now! All of our meet ups will be focused on cyclical living, hormone balancing and support, food and diet, sleep and exercise, sexual health and anything else we can include to maximise our femme cycles in all their glory!
  • A look at our HALO skin care range that is purely VENUS inspired and made with all local, seasonal and natural produce right here in Cyprus. Goats milk and Cyrpus honey soap bars, Tallow and Rosemary shampoo bars, Pomegranate Rose facial serums and the very best Citrus, Rose Tallow balm and body butters – There’s no such thing as ageing here, at least not badly!
  • FOOD – All things food related! It is my earthly pleasure to create and concoct treats and delights that are not only seasonal and local but are heavenly medicinal and the perfect blends for each stage of your cycle. From Pistachio Venus delights (Turkish delights with a Cyprus twist) and raw cacao, honey oat cookies to fig and feta salads, honey and sesame halloumi wedges and eggplant dips – But we’re not just going Greek because don’t forget, Venus / Aphrodite was born in the East but made her way West, infusing the whole of Rome with her divinity thus turning Aphrodite into the Roman Venus goddess so, think heavenly, long and slow suppers with plenty of pasta, olive oil, seafoods and fruits! So if Uranus was born from Gaia and Uranus was Venus’s father then, Gaia, (Mother Earth) was technically Venus’s grandmother. What better ancestral wisdom from the mother herself to pass down from generation to generation. Let’s do it!
  • And we will of course be keeping an eye on all of Venus transits and aspects throughout the year so we can discuss the foreseeable energetics and what might be in store for us. On that note, during many of our meet ups, if you would like the chance to explore your cosmic birth chart based on the time and location you were born then this can definitely be explored. You can do a full birth chart reading or simply focus on your Venus placement but it’s a great little add on to further understanding your femme side as after all, this is what Venus represents to us all, Guys included! And on that……
  • We will have a Summer Venus Mars celebration that will be a collaborated love fest that will be held in conjunction to our SUMMER LIFE LAB that will take place in August both here in Cyprus and also in the UK (Dates to be confirmed) but this looks at the honouring and balancing of both the masculine and feminine counter parts we have within all of us and with our significant other and how we can embrace them during the hottest and feistiest season of the year! Details to follow
